1. The Customer is responsible for the information of the recipient’s correct name and address. This information should be precise, accurate and complete (e.g. it should include the concern person’s name, mobile number, flat number, wing and the floor) to enable delivery under normal conditions.
2. Bichhavat reserves the right to call the recipient to obtain the details needed to make smooth delivery and to be available to receive the delivery which means that the telephone number has to be correct and the recipient has to be there to answer the phone.
3. Please be aware that the weights indicated are approximate and might vary a bit.
4. Bichhavat cannot warranty the quality of its products if the recipient does not ensure proper care and storage after receiving.
5. For any order modifications (billing or delivery address etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email on support@bichhavat.com

Prices:

The prices listed on the purchase order are inclusive of all taxes

We charge separately for delivery. Hence, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. It will be based on various factors like the weight of the purchased goods, location and shipping provider’s policies.

We do not charge extra for the regular packing.

Return or Exchange:

Any product purchased once cannot be exchanged or returned.

Product specifications have been mentioned in detail for customer’s understanding.

Customers can request for more details of products if required via emails, chats or calls if required. Our team will help the customers in the best way possible.

No refunds for wrong addresses, recipient unavailable and other causes beyond the control of us will be entertained.

Delivery Policy:

1. For any order modifications (billing or delivery address etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by email, call or whatsapp.
2. Delivery may delay due to public holidays or any other external factors which are out of our control.
3. Please use a regular street address with nearby land mark for faster delivery.
4. All deliveries will be executed according to the given specific time of our slot. If a delivery is made outside the specified time frame, this does not entitle the customer to any compensation.
